Welcome to Fourbyfour ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our backend code generation services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

2. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of Services

• Our Services allow you to define data schemas and generate backend source code based on those definitions.
• You are solely responsible for the schema definitions and other content you provide ("User Content").
• Access to certain features may require a subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, and you agree to our payment terms upon subscribing.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Services, including the website, logos, design, and the underlying code generation logic, are the exclusive property of Fourbyfour and its licensors.
• Your IP: You retain full ownership of your User Content (your schema definitions). The source code generated by the Services for you is your property. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the generated code as you see fit.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Create or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Fourbyfour platform itself.
• Disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the generated code will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for testing and validating the generated code before use in a production environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourbyfour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services or the generated code.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
