Q:What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?

A MAU is any unique user who triggers at least one workflow or receives a notification in a calendar month. Users who are inactive don't count toward your limit.

Q:What counts as an event?

An event is any user action tracked through our SDK (e.g., cart.abandoned, payment.failed). Each workflow trigger, condition check, and action counts as processing but events are only counted once.

Q:What channels are included?

Free includes email only. Startup adds push notifications. Growth adds SMS. Enterprise includes WhatsApp and custom channels. You provide your own SendGrid/Twilio credentials.

Q:Can I use my own email/SMS provider?

Yes! Bring your own SendGrid, Resend, Twilio, or other provider credentials. We integrate with them. You only pay us for the platform, not per message.

Q:What are pre-built templates?
